Wenchang

Long March 7A launched TJS-26A from national Wenchang at 10:10 Beijing time on June 23, 2026. CASC confirmed planned orbital delivery, the Long March family's 653rd launch. The Eighth Academy's satellite supports communications, broadcasting, data transmission and technology tests. The First Academy's launcher can use two fairing sizes and single- or dual-satellite configurations; those capabilities do not imply this flight carried two satellites. A professional launch-processing team fully took up operations for the first time. CASC said the model's site flow had been shortened from 35 to 19 days, a processing improvement rather than flight duration or an unconditional promise for every future mission. This records launch and ground-operation progress, not completed communications services. Exact Catalog links keep Long March 7A distinct from Long March 7 and national Wenchang distinct from Hainan Commercial.
