JAXA announced on 18 March that eight CubeSats in Innovative Satellite Technology Demonstration-4 would move from the January–March period to no earlier than 23 April, following Rocket Lab schedule changes. Electron and Launch Complex 1 on New Zealand’s Mahia Peninsula remained unchanged. The notice does not establish cancellation, a new launcher or payload-development failure. JAXA’s 16 April update specified 12:09 JST on 23 April. Both observations belong to this revised prelaunch programme, with their different publication dates and time precisions preserved. A launch decision is not evidence of completed ascent, satellite deployment or successful onboard experiments. Subsequent results require separate mission-authority confirmation.
