A commercial-space industrial-chain forum in Shanghai released three frameworks on January 29, 2026: a development vision for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, major supply-and-demand information and an industrial-chain standards structure. CASC and the Chinese Society of Astronautics jointly organised the event, which also launched a continuing coordination mechanism. More than 400 representatives attended under guidance from SASAC and CNSA. Discussions addressed launch services, satellite manufacturing, applications and standardisation, alongside interpretation of CNSA's 2025–2027 action plan. Regular matching of supply with demand and an innovation alliance were proposed as practical cooperation tools. The documents describe direction, requirements and standards planning; they do not establish that every proposed standard is in force or that undisclosed projects have secured contracts. This release event is distinct from a subsequent online-service milestone for the standards framework, while repeat accounts of the same conference are not separate articles.
